Cancellation policy. If cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, credit card-paid services are entirely refundable. You will be charged in full for the service you reserved but did not utilize if you do not cancel your reservation and simply do not show up at the airport or pickup place. We will refund the service leg that you did not use if you have a round-trip service.
